Sline was engaged to strip and deconstruct a 1970s tilt-slab warehouse adjoining a Category-B heritage façade. The programme required careful sequencing to protect the neighbouring wall while maximising landfill diversion under Auckland Council's Site Waste Management Plan.

- Independent vibration and dust monitoring at the heritage boundary
- Dedicated banksman on every vehicle movement onto Church Street
